【摘要】 目的 探讨前正中切口治疗髌骨骨折的应用与分析。方法 通过前正中切口在髌骨骨折手术中的应用，总结出一定的经验和方法。结果 11例骨折均顺利愈合，除1例活动受限外，其余功能优良。结论 前正中切口在髌骨骨折手术中有优势。【关键词】 前正中切口；治疗；髌骨骨折
