     【摘要】 谷氨酰胺(GLN)是一种条件必需氨基酸,有着广泛的生理作用,已被应用于临床营养支持治疗。肿瘤患者由于GLN被肿瘤细胞大量消耗导致机体GLN缺乏,从而加重肿瘤恶病质,并进一步减弱患者免疫功能。许多研究已提示GLN可能是肿瘤治疗的增效剂,这种增效作用范围广泛,其作用机制尚未阐明。现对GLN应用于肿瘤化疗、肿瘤放疗等肿瘤治疗领域的相关研究做一回顾,并试图揭示一部分GLN应用于肿瘤辅助治疗的可能相关机制。

    【Abstract】 Glutamine ,a conditionally essential amino acid, involved in multiple physiologic function and has been applied in clinical nutrition support. It is generally accepted that malignant cells consume GLN avidly,which leads to severe Glumine depletion in tumor-bearing host. Resultly, Glumine depletion aggravates cancer cachexia and attenuates immune function to cancer patient. Data from a variety of investigations indicate that GLN may be a potentiator of oncotherapy. As a potentiator ,GLN acts in a widespread field of oncotherapy. However, the exact mechanism of GLN's synergistic effect has not been elucidated.
