【摘要】 目的 研究头孢克洛颗粒剂的体内抗菌作用。方法 采用金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌感染小鼠的体内保护试验。结果 头孢克洛颗粒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠的ED50为5.08mg/kg，对大肠杆菌感染小鼠的ED50为25.52mg/kg。结论 头孢克洛颗粒剂具有良好的体内抗菌作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective The antimicrobial effects of Cefaclor Granules in vivo were studied.Methods The antimicrobial effects were studied by using in vivo protection test in mice against clinical strains.Results ED50's of Cefaclor Gramules against S.anreues and E. coil are found to be 5.08mg/kg and 25.52mg/kg.Conclusion The Cefaclor Granules has stronger antibacterial effects in vivo.
