【摘要】 目的 了解铜绿假单胞菌(PA)引起医院感染的因素及对抗生素的耐药性变化趋势。方法 对2002～2004年分离出的346株铜绿假单胞菌选用12种抗生素进行药敏实验，按NCCLS标准判读。结果 该菌对氨基糖苷类、环丙沙星、哌拉西林等耐药率呈明显上升趋势，对碳青酶烯类药物亚胺培南耐药率达25.8%，对第三代头孢菌素的敏感率最低。结论 了解铜绿假单胞菌的耐药现状，有利于为临床合理用药提供依据。
