【摘要】 目的 探讨几种药物输送装置在小儿哮喘治疗中的效果。方法 对使用4种输送装置的哮喘患儿进行观察。结果 压缩雾化器、储雾罐适合各年龄组及各种状态下使用，药物依从性好，但不便携带，有一定的器械要求；手控定量气雾剂适合大龄儿童使用，操作要求高，需要脑、口、手的协调配合，不易掌握；准钠器易于操作，便于携带，可在4岁以上儿童使用。结论 提示临床医师应根据患儿的具体病情、年龄、理解力确定所使用的药物输送装置。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of some kinds of transporting devices in the treatments of patients who are suffering from infantile asthma.Methods Find out the effect of drug transporting devices in the treatment of infantile asthma.Results The compressed atomizer are suitable to different age groups and can be well used under various status.The drugs have good conformity but poor portability and have high requirement of the instrument.The manual fixed-quantity aerosol can be used in the treatment on the high-aged children,but it has a high requirement of the operation and needs the harmonious cooperation of brain,mouth and hands.DiskusTM Inhaler is easily operated,portable and can be used for the treatment of the children who are under four years old.Conclusion Kindly remind the clinic doctors to choose the appropriate drug transporting devices according to the patients state of illness,age and understanding ability. ......
