【摘要】 目的 观察重度痤疮个体化治疗是否可以有效减少或避免痤疮瘢痕形成。方法 对63例门诊患者根据结节、囊肿大小变化给予口服、冷冻、局部封闭等个体化的综合治疗。结果 患者治愈率、美容满意度明显提高。结论 对痤疮结节或囊肿直径≥0.5mm的皮损及早干预治疗可有效控制瘢痕形成。

    Analysis of the correlation between individualized treatment and scars decrease in severe acne patients

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe whether individualized treatment of severe acne patients can effectively decrease scars or avoid cicatrization.Methods According to node and cyst size,63 outpatients were given individualized treatments including taking medicine orally,cryotherapy or local occlusion etc.Results The rate of cure and the degree of satisfaction were significantly improved.Conclusion When acne node or cyst diameter is big(d≥0.5mm),the treatments as soon as possible will effectively control cicatrization.
