【摘要】 目的 观察中药煎剂治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效。方法 将78例玫瑰糠疹患者随机分为两组，治疗组48例服用自拟中药方治疗，对照组30例口服西可韦(西替立嗪)、维生素C治疗。结果 治疗组服药7天和14天后总有效率分别为60.4%和93.8%，对照组为20%和53.3%，两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论 中药煎剂治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效优于常规西医治疗。

    Observation of therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal decoction on treating 48 cases of pityriasis rosea

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of Chinese herbal decoction on pityriasis rosea.Methods 78 patients were divided into 2 groups at random.Cases in treatment group (48) were administered with Chinese herbal while cases in control group(30) were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and vitamin C.Results Total effective rates of treatment group at the endpoints of 7 days,14 days after treatment were respectively 60.4% and 93.8%,while those of control group were 20% and 53.5%.Statistic discrepancy was discovered between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The efficacy of Chinese herbal decoction is superior to routine chemical medicine treatment. ......
