【摘要】 医患沟通是医患之间永恒的话题。本文着重从医方的沟通技巧上进行探讨，把握好医患沟通技巧的目的、意义及相关理论知识，强化事先防范意义，为预防医患矛盾升级、缓解及减少医疗纠纷提供帮助，为建立医患沟通机制创造条件。

    【Abstract】 The medical communication is the eternal topic between medical care providers and patients.The article that carries the discussion on the skills of the medical communication grasps the goal of the skills or the significance and the relating knowledge,strength with the consciousness beforehand guards.It’s intent that in favor of preventing upgrading the medical trouble conflict,alleviating and reduction the medical disputes and creating the condition for establishing the medical communication system.

    近年来，医疗纠纷发生率呈上升趋势，已引起社会各界的普遍关注。有的地方甚至已危及到医务人员的生命安全，影响到医患和谐和社会稳定[1]，这是典型的医患矛盾升级。2002年北京医师协会对北京市400多家医院进行过调查，1999～2002年北京共发生殴打医务人员事件502起，影响医院正常诊疗秩序事件1567起；湖南省卫生厅统计，从2001年1月~2002年7月，全省发生医疗纠纷1110起 ......
