【摘要】 目的 探索周氏脐刀和脐镜鞘气囊做脐孔腔镜阑尾切除术以及其他腹部手术的微创优点。方法 用周氏压痛点指导适应证；用自制器械，借助腹腔操作镜从脐右侧壁入腹对403例患者实施阑尾切除手术。结果 403例全部成功。结论 在新的理论指导下，用新的独创器械，实施脐孔腔镜阑尾切除术将成为一种成熟手术。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the less-traumatic advantages of the peritoneoscopic appendectomy through the umbilicus with zhou’s umbilicus lancet and trocar balloon. Methods We performed operations on 403patients with our newly-developed surgical instruments guided by Zhou’s tenderness point.Results All the patients had successful operations and had no complications. Conclusion The peritoneoscopic appendectomy through the umbilicus with Zhou’s umbilicus lancet and troar balloon has advantages of micro-trauma and cosmetology .This kind of operation has been more successful and applicable in the clinical practice. ......
