【摘要】 目的 探讨中和剂卵磷脂和吐温-80对检测化妆品中细菌总数、粪大肠菌群和金黄色葡萄球菌的作用。方法 各项操作均依据《化妆品卫生规范》规定的检验方法。检测细菌总数和金黄色葡萄球菌数，使用经中和剂处理的检样；检测粪大肠菌群，使用加中和剂改进的乳糖胆盐培养基。结果 与标准方法对比，使用加中和剂改进的方法提高了检出灵敏度。细菌总数的检出数由102cfu/g提高到103cfu/g，检出粪大肠菌群的最低细菌浓度由10cfu/ml下降到<10cfu/ml；金黄色葡萄球菌的存活期延长3天。结论 使用中和剂确实提高了化妆品中细菌总数、粪大肠菌群的检出灵敏度和延长了金黄色葡萄球菌的存活期。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of neutralizers lecithin and tween-80 on detecting total bacterial count,Staphylococcus aureus and Faecal coliforms in cosmetics.Methods Every operation was done according to the standard methods prescribed by〈Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics〉.The methods improved by adding neutralizers were used in detecting total bacterial count and Staphylococcus aureus.The standard lactose-bile salt medium improved by adding neutralizers was adopted in detecting Faecal coliforms.Results As compared with the standard methods,the methods improved by adding neutralizers represented the detection sensitivity.The detected total bacterial count was increased from 102cfu/g to 103cfu/g.The minimum density of Faecal coliforms for detection was decreased from 10cfu/ml to<10cfu/ml.The viable period of Staphylococcus aureus had been prolonged for 3 days.Conclusion The detection sensitivity of total bacterial count and Faecal coliforms in cosmetics is certainly raised and the viable period of Staphylococcus aureus is certainly prolonged by making use of neutralizers. ......
