【摘要】 目的 分析研究中晚期肺癌支气管动脉灌注化疗术中病变供血血管与肿瘤组织学分类、疗效之间的关系。方法 收集中晚期肺癌181例，男150例，女31例，男女比例约5∶1，年龄43～78岁。其中鳞癌、腺癌、未分化癌等均经气管镜检或临床诊断。结果 供血丰富治疗有效率约80%，供血适中治疗有效率约15%，供血较差治疗有效率约3%。结论 肿瘤供血与肿瘤介入治疗疗效有直接关系。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship of cancered vascularity in patients with pulmonary cancer treated by means of a bronchial a's perfusion chemotherapy and their curative effect associated with cellular pathology.Methods One hundred and ninety-one patients with medium or terminal stages of lung cancers,including squamous cell carcinoma,adenocarcinoma,undifferentiated carcinoma,were admitted to our hospital.There were 150 males and 31 females of these patients aged from 43 to 78 years old.Results The effective rate in pulmonary cancers affluent in vascularity is 80%,moderate 15%,modium 3%.Conclusion The curative effect on pulmonary cancers is directly connected with cancered vascularity ......
