【摘要】 目的 探讨实时复合超声成像技术在胆系肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法 对32例胆囊癌、肝门部胆管癌、胆总管下段癌患者分别应用传统超声与实时复合成像技术进行对比检查。结果 与传统声像图比较，胆管、胆囊腔内混响伪像明显减弱，提高了肿瘤轮廓的清晰度，增强了病灶内部结构与回声的分辨率，增加了超声诊断胆道肿瘤的可信度。结论 实时复合成像超声新技术抑制了二维声像图的混响伪像，增强胆道肿瘤病灶的清晰度，减少后方衰减程度，改善灰阶图像质量，可提高胆道肿瘤的超声诊断符合率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To assess the application of sonoCT in the diagnosis of biliary tract tumor.Methods 32 patients with carcinoma of gallbladder,hilar cholangiocarcinoma,lower part of common bile duct cancer were examined by sonoCT and compared with conventional ultrasound.Results Compared with conventional ultrasound,sonoCT could suppress the reverberation artifacts in bile duct and gallbladder obviously.Lateral boundaries and adumbration of the carcinomas were improved,resolution of internal structure echos also enhanced.Thus,sonoCT raises the reliability of biliary tract tumors diagnosed by ultrasound.Conclusion sonoCT improves the image quality by suppressing the echo artifacts,and reducing the posterior acoustic shadows and it can raise the coincidence of biliary tract tumor by ultrasound. ......
