【摘要】 目的 了解东莞市外资企业员工肺部疾病感染现况。方法 采用X线检查方法对东莞市某外资企业2839名员工进行胸部检查。结果 2839名外企员工中，肺部疾病感染率0.25%，肺结核病感染率0.04%。结论 对外资企业员工定期胸部X线检查，及时发现肺部疾病和肺结核新发病例并进行控制仍然是十分必要的。
