【摘要】 目的 总结骨盆骨折并单纯性腹腔内出血误诊经验教训及急救处理。方法 对8例骨盆骨折并单纯性腹腔内出血的伤因、诊断、急救方法选择进行回顾性分析。结果 骨盆骨折并单纯性腹腔内出血与伤因及搬运不当致骨折移位、再移位密切相关；与骨折部位也关系密切；骨盆骨折并单纯性腹腔内出血常易误诊为腹腔内脏合并伤而行剖腹探查术时确诊，腹膜后血肿探查止血，术中、术后死亡率高。结论 骨盆骨折并单纯性腹腔内出血易误诊为腹内脏器伤，救治困难，死亡率高。

    【Abstract】 Objective To summarize misdiagnosis of pelvis bone fracture and the retinitis simplex abdominal cavity internal hemorrhage :the experience lesson and administers first aid processing.Methods 8 cases of pelvises bone fracture and retinitis simplex abdominal cavity internal hemorrhage were selected,diagnosis,the first aid method were reviewed.Results Pelvis bone fracture and retinitis simplex abdominal cavity internal hemorrhage related with wound cause,transporting,bone fracture shifting,reshifts,also relates with the bone fracture spot closely.the pelvis bone fracture and retinitis simplex abdominal cavity internal hemorrhage often misdiagnosed as the abdominal cavity internal organs merge wound,but open the belly can diagnosed,the latter peritoneum haematoma investigation can stop bleeding,the mortality rate is high.Conclusion The pelvis bone fracture and the retinitis simplex abdominal cavity internal hemorrhage are easy to misdiagnose for the endo-abdominal internal organs wound,treats and cures are difficulty,the mortality rate is high. ......
