兔烫伤早期多器官功能衰竭模型的制备

    摘 要:目的 制备兔烫伤早期多器官功能衰竭(MOF)模型. 方法 兔乙醚吸入法全身麻醉后,以95℃水烫伤其背部及躯干两侧30s,造成30%体表面积III度烫伤(III度30%TBSA).烫伤后48h,用戊巴比妥钠耳缘静脉注射(30mg·kg-1 )麻醉兔,检测假烫对照组及烫伤组48h后的平均动脉血压、中心静脉压、心输出量,计算总外周阻力、心指数;测定肺泡灌洗液蛋白及血浆总蛋白,计算肺通透指数;测定动脉血氧分压、氧饱和度,测定血中肌酸磷酸激酶、谷丙转氨酶、尿素、肌酐、血小板等反映心、肺、肝、肾、血液功能的一系列指标. 结果 烫伤后48h兔心、肝、肾功能下降达到衰竭标准,肺功能下降,总外周阻力上升,动物发生MOF. 结论 利用兔可制备烫伤早期MOF模型;MOF可在动物血压正常时发生.
