     【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除术的临床应用。方法：总结1999年1月至2003年7月我院实施的腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除术14例，其中胆囊结石、慢性胆囊炎11例，胆囊息肉样病变3例，14例均同时患有慢性阑尾炎。结果：手术平均时间65min，术后平均住院4.8d，术后未用止痛剂，无切口感染，均痊愈出院。随访4个月至2年，无并发症发生。结论：腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除术安全有效，创伤小，恢复快。

    Clinical application in combining laparoscopic surgery with cholecystectomy and appendectomy

    【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the values of clinical application in combined laparoscopic surgery with cholecystectomy and appendectomy.Methods:14 cases undergoing the combined laparoscopic surgery with cholecystectomy and appendectomy in our hospital from January,1999 to July,2003 were retrospected and summarized.They included chronic cholecystitis and cholecystolithiasis in 11 cases and polyp of gallbladder in 3 cases.And they were also suffered from chronic appendicitis.Results:All the cases were cured.The average postoperative hospitalization time was 4.8 days and the average operating time was 65 minutes.After the operation,no case used analgesic and no infection of the incision happened.All cases got the followup survey from 4 months to 2 years and no complication happened.Conclusions:The combined laparoscopic suegery with cholecystectomy and appendectomy is minimal invasive,recovering rapidly,feasible and safety. ......
