    摘 要:目的 观察不同剂量碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)和硫糖铝联合局部应用对兔背部任意皮瓣断蒂后成活率的影响，以判断bFGF和硫糖铝最佳有效使用剂量. 方法 以大体观察、计算机图像分析、荧光素钠试验、99 Tcm 放射核素测定、组织学和免疫组化等技术，测定断蒂后皮瓣的成活率，观察皮瓣血流灌注和血管新生情况. 结果 bFGF和硫糖铝联合局部应用可提高皮瓣成活率，皮瓣成活率与bFGF和硫糖铝的剂量明显相关:皮瓣成活率:A组对照组(24.2±8.2)%;B组bFGF125AU组(37.5±7.0)%;C组bFGF250AU组(65.5±7.1)%;D组bFGF500AU组(72.3±5.6)%;C组与D组间无显著差异(P>0.05)，其他各组间均有显著差异(P<0.05).说明bFGF达到125AU即有明显疗效，250AU效果最佳，超过一定剂量bFGF的作用就不再增加. 结论 皮瓣成活率与bFGF和硫糖铝的剂量明显相关.

    Effect of local application of different dosages of bFGF with sucralfate on rabbit dorsal random skin flap survival

    Abstract:AIM To observe the effect of local application of different dosages of bFGF with sucralfate on the rabbit dorsal random skin flap survival rates and judge the comparatively effective dosage of bFGF with sucralfate.METHODS Im-age analysis of computer，fluorescein trail，assay of99 Tcm ，histology observation and immunohistochemistry technique were used to determinate the effects of different dosages of bFGF with sucralfate on the survival rates of the skin flaps and to investigate the blood perfusion and new blood vessels formation in the skin flaps.RESULTS The flap survival rate can be rised by means of local application of bFGF with sucralfate.The flap survival rates:Group A(Control)is(24.2±8.2)%;Group B(bFGF125AU)is(37.5±7.0)%;Group C(bFGF250AU)is(65.5±7.1)%;Group D(bFGF500AU)is(72.3±5.6)%;There is no signifi-cantly difference between Group C and Group D(P>0.05)and is significantly diffrence between the other groups(P<0.05).It can be clarified that the bFGF's effect is notable when the dosage is125AU and the effect is the best when the dosage is250AU.The effect of bFGF cannot be in-creased when its dosage is over certain level.CONCLUSION The flap survival rate is correlated with the dosage of the bFGF with sucralfate. ......
