【摘要】 目的 探讨山楂提取物对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法 建立小鼠免疫功能低下模型，观察山楂提取物对小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬能力、免疫脏器和白细胞的影响。结果 山楂提取物能增强网状内皮系统吞噬能力，能提高免疫低下模型小鼠的免疫脏器指数和升高外周血白细胞。结论 山楂提取物对免疫功能具有一定的增强作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the modulating effect of hawthorn extract on the immune function in mouse.Methods The model of immune hypo-function was established.The solution containing hawthorn extract was given and the impact to the reticulation endothelium system's ingestion ability, immune viscera and leucocyte were observed.Results Hawthorn extract could increase the ingestion ability of reticulation endothelium system, enhance the immune viscera index of immune function and increase the leucocytes.Conclusion Hawthorn extract played a promote role in immune function modulation.
