【摘要】 目的 检测偏头痛患者脑血流量以协助临床诊断和治疗。方法 以200例偏头痛患者为选择对象，应用彩色经颅多普勒测定脑血流量，并进行统计学分析。结果 典型偏头痛发作期，多数患者大脑动脉血流速度明显升高，小部分患者表现为脑血流速度降低。结论 彩色经颅多普勒对偏头痛的诊断、分型及药物的使用、疗效的评价均有重要的临床价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To measure the velocity of blood flow of the brain of migraine patients in order to assist diagnosis and therapy.Methods Choose 200 migraine patients.We measure the velocity of blood flow of the brain on adopting Transcranial Color Doppler (TCD),then process statistical analysis.Results On the period of the migraine outbreaks,the velocity of blood flow of the brain artery heightens evidently to the majority of patients,whereas it lowers to the minority of patients.Conclusion Transcranial Color Doppler has great clinical value for the diagnosis,classify,the use of medicament and the value of the curative effect.
