【摘要】 目的 了解粘结材料对折裂后磨牙保存治疗的临床疗效及其不良并发症。方法 采用Super-bond C & B粘结系统对68例完全纵折后牙进行粘结固定，治疗1年后评价患牙的牙周、根尖的状况及患者的自我功能状况，并对影响患牙预后的因素进行相关性分析。结果 Super-bond C & B粘结系统的粘结效果较为满意，修复治疗1年后的失败率为16.2%，其中粘接失败率仅为4.4%；分析发现折裂的部位和患牙治疗的时机以及采用的治疗方法对患牙的愈合效果具有显著的相关性。结论 粘结系统对折裂磨牙保存治疗具有较为满意的疗效，是一种具有较大应用前景的粘结系统。

    Clinical observation of conservative treatment for vertically fractured molar:a report of 68 cases

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the conservative therapy in treatment of the vertically fractured molar and the relevant risk factors of the treatment outcome.Methods 68 completely vertically fractured teeth were involved in this research,and all the traumatic teeth were adhered together before further endodontic treatment using the Super-bond C& B adhesive system. And one-year follow-up was taken to evaluate the efficacy of the adhesive system to the periodontal tissue and oral function.Results The one-year success rate was 83.8%,the main complain were periodontal diseases and oral function loss,5 teeth were reported to be refractured.Meanwhile,the relevance test showed that the time between treatment and fracture and the location of the fracture were the two main risk factors of the treatment with satisfactory effiacy and little adverse reaction.Conclusion The adhesive system is a promising dental material in the fractured teeth treatment with satisfaction efficacy and little adverse reaction. ......
