【摘要】 目的 探讨经后腹腔镜行肾囊肿切除的方法。方法 回顾性分析2003年4月～2005年11月经治的11例肾囊肿病人的临床资料。结果 手术全部成功，1例术中出血300ml，术后出血量为400ml，应用药物治疗后出血停止。结论 后腹腔镜下肾囊肿切除术，具有创伤小，恢复快，住院时间短等优点，是安全、可靠的手术方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the method of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst removal. Methods 11cases of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst removal from 2003 4 to 2005 11 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 11cases were successful,1 case lost blood 300 ml in operation，lost blood 400 ml in postoperation. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst removal is a safe operation with the advantages of small trauma,minimal invasion and short hospitalization.
