【摘要】 目的 建立超声影像网络工作系统，实现医用超声检查规范化、数字化、网络化、信息化。方法 利用DEPHL计算机编程语言开发超声工作站与超声检查仪连接，将采集、处理超声图像和编制、打印图文报告的工作站通过局域网服务器的SQL Server数据库构成超声影像网络工作系统，同时利用系统异构接口驱动技术，实现与医院HIS系统跨平台跨数据库的信息共享。结果 成功地实现了预约登记、分诊检查、图像采集、书写报告、输出打印、会诊调档、统计查询、远端诊断等一体化操作，高效、规范业务流程。结论 超声影像网络工作系统明显地改善了服务环节，提高了服务质量、工作效率和患者满意度，增强了科学管理水平，有利于临床会诊、科研和教学工作。

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish ultrasound image network operation system,mare medical ultrasound instrument develop into standardization,digital,network and information.Methods Ultrasound workstation was connected with device of ultrasound instrument by using DEPHL computer program language,and all the ultrasound equipments of image colleced and manipulated by the workstation was made into a ultrasound image net system by local server’s SQL server database,as to share the information among the workstations and database of HIS system.Results Such device successfully made pre-registration,divided and examined the inspection,collected images,wrote report,printed and outputed,held a consultation and transfered the files,count inquiring,long distance diagnosing system and formed a process of standardization and efficiency.Conclusion Application of ultrasound image network system improves the step of service obviously,increase the quality of service,work efficiency greatly and gain good feedback of patients,boost up the level of scientific administration,also benefit to scientific research and teaching work. ......
