【摘要】 在血液净化中心实行以人为本的护理管理模式，关心、体贴、照顾患者，为患者提供优质的服务，不仅可以促进医患关系的和谐，加强医患之间的理解与信任，而且还能提高护理质量和工作效率，创造良好的医疗氛围。

    【Abstract】 The human-focused nusing management mode was carried out in our blood purification center.Patients were provided with high-quality service.As a result,it not only facilitated doctor-patient relationship in harmony and enhanced understanding and confidence,but also raised nursing quality and work efficiency.We have created a good medical treatment atmosphere in our blood purification center.
