【摘要】 目的 研究阿托品抑制大鼠泪液分泌的机制，采用大鼠不同部位注射阿托品的方法，观察对泪液分泌的影响。方法 大鼠右耳前皮下和腹腔分别注射0.1ml的0.5mg/ml阿托品，在不同时间测定双眼的泪液分泌量。结果 右耳前皮下注射：右眼注射前、注射后1h、5h和8h的Schirmer试验结果分别为7.50±1.69、2.25±0.46、5.87±2.33和6.50±1.77mm，注射后1h显著低于注射前，左眼注射前、注射后1h、5h和8h的Schirmer试验结果分别为7.38±1.60、1.88±0.35、5.50±1.07和6.00±2.00mm，注射后1h显著低于注射前，两眼Schirmer试验结果间差异无显著性。腹腔注射：注射前、注射后0.5h、1h、2h、3h、5h和8h的Schirmer试验结果分别为5.67±1.03、2.50±1.05、2.83±0.75、3.67±0.82、4.50±1.05、5.00±3.16和4.67±1.63mm，注射后0.5和1h显著低于注射前。结论 阿托品抑制大鼠泪液的分泌主要通过血液吸收，再作用于泪腺，局部吸收起次要作用。【关键词】 阿托品；大鼠；干眼症；皮下注射；腹腔注射

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mechanism of inhibiting tear secretion by atropine,the methods of different region of injecting atropine were performed and tear secretion was observed.Methods Atropine (0.5mg/ml,0.1ml) was injected into rats hypoderma of right ears and abdomen.The amounts of tear secretion were measured.Results In injecting hypodermal,the tear secretions of right eyes were 7.50±1.69,2.25±0.46,5.87±2.33 and 6.50±1.77mm before injection and at 1,5,8 hour,the tear secretions of left eyes were 7.38±1.60,1.88±0.35,5.50±1.07 and 6.00±2.00mm before injection and at 1,5,8 hour.The tear amounts at 1 hour were decreased than that before injecting significantly.There were no differences between two eyes.In injecting abdominal,the tear secretions were 5.67±1.03,2.50±1.05,2.83±0.75,3.67±0.82,4.50±1.05,5.00±3.16 and 4.67±1.63mm before injection and at 0.5,1,2,3,5,8 hour.The tear amounts at 0.5,1 hour were decreased than that before injection significantly.Conclusion The mechanism of atropine inhibiting tear secretion were mainly via blood absorbing,then effecting lacrimal and secondly via local absorbing. ......
