【摘要】 目的 探讨色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎(PVNS)的病理改变及MRI特点，分析MRI对其的诊断价值。方法 对我院曾做过MRI检查并经手术病理证实的15例色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的病例进行回顾性分析。结果 发生在膝关节8例，髋关节4例，踝关节2例，肘关节1例。MRI表现均出现：(1)滑膜增厚；(2)关节内多发大小不等异常信号结节；(3)软骨及骨质破坏；(4)继发关节退行性变；(5)关节腔少量积液等。结论 色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎病理及MRI具有特征性表现，MRI在诊断与鉴别诊断方面价值巨大，具有定性诊断价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To detect the features of pathology and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the pigmented villo-nodular synovitis(PVNS) and to evaluate the MRI diagnosis value.Methods The MRI findings of 15 cases of pigmented villo-nodular synovitis(PVNS) who were pathologically or clinically verified were analyzed retrospetively.Results 8 of 15 cases were in knee joint,4 cases in hip,2 cases in ankle,1 case in elbow.Their features of MRI were as following:(1)the synovium proliferation,(2)much big and small different abnormal signal node in the joint,(3)the cartilage and bone in joint destruction,(4)the secondary degeneration of joint;(5)litter hydropsy in joint cavity.Conclusion MRI and the pathology in PVNS have characteristic features,and MRI has very important value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PVNS. ......
