巩膜外加压术治疗视网膜脱离82例疗效分析

【摘要】 目的 评价巩膜外加压术治疗裂孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法 根据视网膜脱离范围的大小和裂孔数目的多少不同，将82例视网膜脱离患者分为2组：第1组52例，采用巩膜冷凝、硅胶填压及放视网膜下液术；第2组30例，采用巩膜冷凝、硅胶填压联合巩膜环扎及放视网膜下液术。结果 (1)82例患者总的治愈率为78%，好转率为15.9%。(2)第1组的治愈率(82.7%)明显高于第2组(70.0%，P<0.05)。结论 巩膜外加压术是治疗裂孔源性视网膜脱离的有效方法。【关键词】 视网膜脱离；治疗；手术
Clinical analysis of 82 cases of retinal detachment patients treated with outsclera pressing surgery

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of the retinal detachment patients are treated with outsclera pressing surgery.Methods According to the scope of detachment and amount of hole,82 cases retinal detachment patients are divided into two groups:52 cases in first group are treated with sclera condensation,silicon pressure and release subretinal liquid;30 cases in second group are treated with sclera condensation,silicon,pressure,annular bind and release subretinal liquid.Results (1)The total cure rate is 78% and the favorable rate is 15.9% in 82 cases.(2)The cure rate is 82.7% in first group is higher than that(70.0%) in second group.Conclusion It is an effect way that hole retinal detachment patients are treated with outsclera pressing surgery. ......
