【摘要】 目的 观察不同浓度平阳霉素治疗各种血管瘤及不同类型的血管畸形的临床疗效。方法 1998～2003年共收治血管瘤162例，血管畸形153例。对不同类型、不同部位的血管瘤或血管畸形采用不同浓度的平阳霉素进行治疗。具体如下：皮肤血管瘤为8mg/8ml，皮下及黏膜下血管瘤为8mg/5ml，皮下及黏膜下血管畸形为8mg/3ml。结果 皮肤血管瘤有效率达95%，口腔黏膜血管瘤为100%，皮下血管畸形的有效率为92%，黏膜血管畸形为97%。结论 平阳霉素的有效治疗浓度对两种不同的血管病变起着重要作用。对不同部位、不同类型的血管病变，采用不同浓度的平阳霉素进行治疗，可取得较好的治疗效果并减少不必要的并发症。

    The evaluation of the effect of Pingyangmycin concentration on hemangioma and vascular malformation

    【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study is to evaluate the therapy effect using Pingyangmycin to treat hemangioma and vascular malformation in oral and maxillofacial region by various concentrations.Methods In the period between January 1998 and January 2003, totally 162 patients with hemangioma and 153 with vascular malformation had been treated in the first Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University. The patients with vascular malformation had been undergone Pingyangmycin injection with the concentration of 8mg/8ml. While the concentration used to treat cutaneous hemangioma and subcutaneous or mucosal hemangioma was 8mg/5ml and 8mg/3ml respectively.Results The curative rates of cutaneous hemangioma, mucosal hemangioma, subcutaneous vascular malformation and mucosal vascular malformation was 97%,100%,92%,and 100%.Conclusion It can be concluded from this investigation that Pingyangmycin injection is recommendable in the treatment of hemangioma and vascular malformation.But the concentration of Pingyangmycin should be depended on the type of vascular anomalies and the site wherea the lesions occur. ......
