关节镜治疗踝关节疾患71例

     摘要：[目的]探讨关节镜技术在踝关节疾患中的诊治价值。[方法]回顾1998年9月~2004年10月关节镜治疗踝关节疾患71例，采用JOA踝关节评分系统对手术前后踝关节进行临床评估。[结果]术后10 d开始恢复日常活动(踝关节融合术除外)；并发症4例(56%)；术前JOA评分645分，术后882分，提高237分；术后随访62例，时间6个月～6 a(平均25个月)；优52例，良6例，可3例，差1例，优良率935%。[结论]只要合理掌握适应证，关节镜治疗多种踝关节疾患可以取得满意效果；局麻下踝关节镜手术创伤小、恢复快，并可减少并发症的发生。

    Abstract：[Objective]To explore the diagnostic and therapeutic value of arthroscopy for ankle joint diseases[Method]A total of 71 patients with ankle diseases treated by arthroscopy were reviewed retrospectively from September 1998 to October 2004The JOA Scoring for ankle was used as efficacy criteria[Result]The mean recovery time of daily activities was ten days(arthrodesis excluded)Complications occurred in four cases(56%)The preoperative score was 645(46~81)points and postoperative score was 882(67~95)pointsSixtytwo patients had been followed up for 6 months～6 years with an average of 25 monthsFiftytwo patients had excellent results,6 good,3 fair and 1 poor,with the satisfactory rate of 935%(58/62)[Conclusion]The results of arthroscopy in ankle joint diseases are satisfactory if the indications are selected reasonably;the arthroscopic operation under local anesthesia has the advantages of minimal invasion,quick recovery and less complication ......
