【摘要】 目的 观察针刺和中药熏蒸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出的疗效。方法 145例患者随机分为治疗组73例，对照组72例，治疗组采用中药熏蒸及针刺方法，对照组只使用针刺方法。两组均连续治疗20次后评定疗效。结果 治疗组和对照组有效率分别为94.52%和83.3%，治愈显效率分别为67.12%、41.6%。两者相比前者差异有显著性(P<0.05)，后者差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 中药熏蒸加针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好。

    Clinical observation on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with the medical fumigation and acupuncture

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of medical fumigation and acupuncture therapy in management of the lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 145 cases with LDH were randomly divided into a treatment group(73cases)which were treated with acupuncture and medical fumigation therapy and a control group(72cases)which were treated with acupuncture only.Comparatively observe these groups after 20 therapy days.Results The effective rate was 94.52% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group and the curative and obvious effective was 67.12% in the treatment group and 41.6% in the control group.Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference in effective rate(P<0.05) and a more significant difference in curative and obvious effective rate(P<0.01).Conclusion Medical fumigation and acupuncture composite treatment is superior to the acupuncture treatment in management of LDH. ......
