    车前草、车前籽抗氧自由基作用的比较研究

    摘要: 目的 研究车前草、车前籽抗氧自由基作用及其清除氧自由基的能力是否存在差异。 方法 利用过硫酸

    Abstract : Objective To Study the scavenging effect of Cheqiancao and Cheqianzi on oxygen free radical , and to see

    whether there are any difference s between Cheqiancao and Cheqianzi or not . Methods The superoxide anion free radical

    2) and Hydroxyl free radical (· OH) were generated by AP - TEMED system and the system of 1 ,10 - phenathroline Fe2 +

    H2O2 re spectively. Spectrophotometry (Wave length 530nm and 536nm) wa s used to observe the effect of Cheqiancao and

    Cheqianzi on oxygen free radical. Results The re sults showed that the scavenging effects of Cheqiancao and Cheqianzi on

    O2 .

    and · OH were both significant ( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion The scavenging effect of Cheqiancao and Cheqianzi on oxygen

    free radical can be utilized in clinic.

    测定用:AP - TEMED 体系溶液的配制: 100

    ml 含量:A液:1mol LHCl 48. 0 ml ; Tris 36. 6 g ; TEMED 0. 23

    ml , B液:AP 0. 14 g。盐酸羟胺、对氨基苯磺胺、 α- 萘胺、正丁
