    濒危植物南川升麻种群数量动态的分析

    摘要: 运用种群静态生命表、生殖力表和L eslie 矩阵模型, 研究了中国特有的濒危植物南川升麻种群数量动态过程。结果

    表明, 南川升麻种群为衰退型种群, 种群的净增殖率、内禀增长率和周限增长率较低, 种群世代周期偏长, 在 25a 内种群

    幼苗数量和总数量呈现出持续下降的趋势。南川升麻种群经历了两次死亡高峰期, 受到了环境筛的强烈过滤作用。

    Abstract : C im icif ug a nanchuanensis is an endangered p lant species, only dist r ibuted in J infu Mountain,Sichuan P rovince, Ch ina . A t p resent, there exists a populat ion . Based on overall invest igat ion of age

    st ructure, seed p roduct ion and seed natural germ inat ion rate etc, the numer ic dynam ics of C im icif ug a

    nanchuanensis populat ion w as studied by app licat ion of stat ic life table, fecundity schedule and L eslie ma2

    t r ix . The results w ere as fo llow s:

    Its net rep roduct ive rate ( R 0 ) , int r insic rate of increase ( rm ) and f inite rate of increase (K ) w ere

    019610, - 010014 and 019986, respect ively . V alues of these parameters (R 0< 1, rm < 0, K < 1) show ed

    that the populat ion w as of decreasing type . By L eslie mat r ix model, it w as p redicted that in the com ing

    25years, the number of populat ion would decrease by 50% o r so, and the p ropo r t ion of one2 year2 o ld

    seedlings would decrease, w h ile the p ropo r t ion of the o ld individuals would increase . The populat ion un2

    derw ent two h igh k illing pow er per iods . The f irst h igh k illing pow er w as caused by w ater st ress, and the

    second one w asmainly caused by sho r tage of ligh t .

    南川升麻(C im icif ug a nanchuanensis)是中国特有的毛茛科、升麻属多年生草本植物。其根茎具较高的

    药用价值, 有解热透疹、去瘀消肿之功效, 是四川东部有名的药材。南川升麻分布区十分狭窄、个体数量稀

    少、结籽率低, 目前已处于濒危状态。为了揭示濒危的原因和机制, 国内一些学者曾对其生殖生物学特性和

    光合生理特征进行研究[1 ～4 ]。本文运用生命表、生殖力表探讨种群的动态过程, 并在此基础之上建立预测种

    群数量动态变化的L eslie 矩阵模型, 定量地阐明南川升麻种群数量变化特征, 为更好的保护和有效利用这

    一珍贵的植物资源提供理论依据。

    1 南川升麻自然分布区概况

    境阴湿, 土壤为黄棕壤, pH 为615～ 712。分布区主要群落类型为扁刺栲(Castanop sis p lanty cantha)林。灌木

    层主要植物种类有阔柄杜鹃(R hod od end ron p latp od um )、峨马杜鹃(R hod od end ron och raceum ) ; 草本层以

    岩乌头(A conitum racem u losum )、羊齿天门冬(A sp arag us f il icinus)、藜芦(V eratrum nig rum )为主。南川升

    麻分布区气候寒冷、雾浓、风强、雪多。年降水量为139515mm , 降水分布极不均衡, 夏季降水占全年降水量

    的 76% , 年平均气温 814 ℃, 相对湿度 90%以上, 极端高温为 2914 ℃, 极端低温为- 1414 ℃, 年平均雾日

    为 263 d。

    2 研究方法

    211 野外调查

    在南川升麻自然分布区内, 随机设置样方 40 个, 样方面积为 5×5m 2

    , 对样方内南川升麻植株逐一记录

    其高度、基径、冠幅 ......
