    丹参生殖生物学特性研究

    摘要: 目的 本文通过对大田丹参开花习性、花粉形态、花粉活力、传粉方式等生殖生物学特性的研究观

    察, 弄清楚了丹参开花动态特性及其传粉方式, 为中药材规范化生产质量管理(GA P)建立丹参规范化栽培

    (SO P)提供理论依据。 方法 在丹参花期定株定点观察其小花、整个花序开放时间, 及小花花序开放时间对结

    实率的影响。取新鲜花粉粒用 0. 5%TTC 染色观察各个时期花粉活力; 在花期对田间丹参分 10 点、 13 点、 17

    点三个时间点进行人工授粉, 统计结实率; 大田套袋计数自交结实率和自然结实率。结果 丹参的花粉活力

    在 80%以上, 授粉时间对丹参的结实率影响不大; 丹参的自然杂交结实率为 75. 4% , 自交结实率为46. 16% ,表明丹参为常异花授粉植物。结论 这些规律的研究, 为丹参规范化栽培及良种繁育提供了理论依据。

    clear the f low er ing character ist ics of dynam ic state and the po llinat ing pat tern s of it . Method In the

    f low er ing season ,w e ob served the con t inuou s t im e of the f lo ret and the an tho taxy, and it s effect on the

    f ru it ing rate of S a lv ia m il t iorrh iz a Bunge w h ich had been m arked in the regu lar per iod . A nd w e stained the

    f resh po llen grain w ith 0. 5%TTC and ob served the vigo r of po llen in every per iod . Then,w e po llinated the

    f low ers of S a lv ia m il t iorrh iz a Bunge in the f ield by m anual wo rk at 10∶00, 13∶00, 17∶00. W e coun ted

    the f ru it ing rates of it under above condit ion, self2 po llinat ion and natu ral cro ss2 po llinat ion respect ively .

    Result The vigo r of po llen grain w as over 80% , and the f ru it ing rate of S a lv ia m il t iorrh iz a Bunge w as

    affected lit t le by the t im e of po llinat ion . The f ru it ing rate w as 46. 6% and 75. 4% under the self2 po llinat ion

    and the natu ral cro ss2 po llinat ion respect ively, w h ich indicated that S a lv ia m il t iorrh iz a Bungew as a k ind of

    cro ss2 po llinat ing and self2 po llinat ing p lan t . Conclus ion Tho se law s p rovide mo re reason foundat ion fo r
