    动物模型 ,药物治疗 AD 的效果难以评价。中医药在治疗

    AD的研究方面起步较晚 ,研究相对较少 ,多是停留在低级重

    复和动物实验阶段 ,尤其对中药单体或有效成分的治疗机理

    缺乏深入的研究 ,加之 AD发病机制的复杂性和进行临床研

    究的难度 ,因此 ,中药防治AD研究的路还很长。
