     Construction of perceived professional selfefficacy scale for military aviators

    【Abstract】 AIM: To develop a perceived professional selfefficacy scale for military aviators. METHODS: The intrastructure of the perceived professional selfefficacy was explored by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis on the basis of theoretical analysis, interview and questionnaire survey. RESULTS: The selfefficacy for military aviators consisted of 4 factors: "adaptation to situation", "flying performance", "personal achievement", and "physical state". CONCLUSION: The perceived professional selfefficacy scale for military aviators is developed and the reliability and criterionrelated validity of the scale are satisfying.
