    摘 要:目的 探讨B超在测定骨形成蛋白(bone morpho-genetic protein，BMP)成骨诱导活性的意义，为BMP成骨诱导活性的测定提供一种新方法. 方法 将自行提取的牛BMP(bBMP)分别经环氧乙烷熏蒸消毒和10000Gyγ-射线照射消毒后埋入小鼠右、左后腿肌袋内，于术后3，5，7，14，21和28d行B超、X射线照相和组织形态学观察. 结果 B超3，5和7d与对照组相同，均为正常组织回声，14，21和28d有软骨和骨组织回声，在此时间段内随时间延长回声增强.X射线照相3，5，7和14d无骨组织影像，21，28d有明显的新生骨征象.组织形态学观察3，5，7d有大量间充质细胞在BMP植入部位聚集，并诱导间充质细胞分化为成软骨细胞，14d有新生软骨和新生骨组织形成，21，28d可见大量的新生的成熟骨组织.环氧乙烷熏蒸和10000Gyγ-射线照射消毒的bBMP均有很强的成骨诱导活性. 结论 B超、X射线照相和组织形态学观察结果在时间上有很强的一致性，证明B超作为一种新的BMP成骨诱导活性的检测手段是切实可行的.γ-射线照射消毒BMP更方便、更安全.
