    摘 要:目的 观察大鼠小肠移植术后应用普乐可复(FK506)对小肠移植排斥反应的免疫抑制作用. 方法 选用近交系大鼠F344/N(RTⅠ1 )和Wistar大鼠进行全小肠异位移植，实验分4组.第1组，异基因移植组F344/N-Wistar;第2组，小剂量普乐可复治疗组F344/N-Wistar+FK506(0.2mg·kg-1 ·d-1 ，0～14d，im);第3组，普乐可复治疗组F344/N-Wistar+FK506(0.5mg·kg-1 ·d-1 ，0～14d，im);第4组，同基因移植组(F344/N-F344/N).观察大鼠的一般状况及存活时间并于术后第3，5，7日取移植小肠标本进行病理学检查和比较. 结果 第1组大鼠存活时间与其他3组有显著差异(P<0.01)，第1组大鼠在术后第3，5，7日病理学检查移植肠出现排斥反应，而第2，3，4组无明显排斥，可长期存活. 结论 普乐可复能明显抑制小肠移植急性排斥反应的产生，显著地延长移植物存活时间.
