    摘 要:目的 探讨BCL-6在正常淋巴组织和一组淋巴瘤中的表达与生发中心形成及不同类型淋巴瘤发生的关系. 方法 形态学及免疫组织化学方法对17例反应性增生淋巴组织(RLH)及74例不同类型淋巴瘤进行检测并分类，免疫组化法检测各组织石蜡标本中BCL-6表达情况. 结果 17例RLH生发中心细胞、10例滤泡性淋巴瘤(FL)及4例弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)中等强度表达BCL-6;3例FL及21例DL-BCL BCL-6表达为强阳性(72%)，高于其他各组(P<0.01).17例RLH生发中心外细胞，4例DLBCL，14例小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤(SLL)、4例套细胞淋巴瘤(MCL)及14例经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤(HD)BCL-6阴性. 结论 BCL-6表达与生发中心形成密切相关.少数FL和大部分DLBCL中BCL-6过表达，可能与这些淋巴瘤发病机制有关.检测BCL-6有助于FL与SLL，MCL间及RLH与HD间的鉴别诊断.
