PBL在本科护生ICU临床带教中的应用

     【摘要】目的 促进护生的自学动机,提高护生自己解决问题的能力。方法 通过优化临床带教环境,采取合作式的小组学习方式,对2003~2005年在我科实习的58名护理本科生进行以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)。结果 58名护理本科生通过PBL教学后提高了获取新知识的主动性,提高了分析问题、解决问题的能力。结论 PBL教学能促进本科护生临床学习的自学动机,使其具备评判性思维,从而提高了分析、解决问题的能力。

    【Abstract】 Objective To promote the students motivation for learning,and to improve their ability of solving problems.Methods From 2003 to 2005,by bettering the teaching atmosphere and adopting cooperative group learning,we applied the problem-based learning (PBL) to 58 baccalaureate nursing students who were during the clinical practice in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).Results 58 undergraduate practicing nurses’ ability of analyzing and solving problems was improved,as well as their initiative of acquiring new knowledge.Conclusion PBL can promote the baccalaureate nursing students’ self-study motivation,cultivate their critical thinking,thereby improve their ability of analyzing and solving problems. ......
