【Abstract】 AIM: To study the effect of changes in blood cycle system on the weightlessness by means of computer simulation. METHODS: On basic principles of hydrodynamics, improved multiple nonlinear body model was established by pspice language. The model had 4 subparts: model of the heart, model of arteries, model of veins and model of peripheral blood vessels. To test the validation of the model, the data of cardiovascular system simulated by the model on 1G were compared with the data of experiment. The changes of arterial blood pressure and venous pressure on the weightlessness and microgravity were simulated by the model. RESULTS: The results of arterial blood pressure (ABP), left ventricular pressure (LVP) and left atria pressure (LAP) simulated by the model on 0G were consistent with the experimental data. No marked changes were found in systolic blood pressure (SBP) on 0G, while diastolic blood pressure (DBP) on 0G declined. The central venous pressure (CVP) on 0G and on microgravity were similar and they tended to increase compared with the CVP on 1G. CONCLUSION: The model can simulate the effect of changes in cardiovascular system on the weightlessness. ......
