     Preparation and evaluation of proteinchip for different HCV antibody detection

    【Abstract】 AIM: To prepare and evaluate the clinical application of proteinchip for different hepatitis virus C (HCV) antibodies. METHODS: Proteinchip for different HCV antibodies was established by coating chimeric antigen and the 4 segments of HCV antigens on the slide. The results of this method were compared with those of RIBA and ELISA. RESULTS: The negative result and the positive result of proteinchips of chimeric antigen accorded with ELISA were 93.8 % and 97.1%, respectively. When it came to RIBA, the accordance rate was 96.9 % and 98.5%, respectively. The accordance rates of negative and positive results of proteinchip of the 4 segments of HCV antigens with ELISA were 96.8% and 97.1%, respectively, while they turned out to be 100% and 98.5% with RIBA. CONCLUSION: The proteinchip for different HCV antibodies has a high accordance rate with RIBA(P<0.05). Proteinchip for different HCV antibodies has high accuracy and can decrease the false positive rate. ......
