儿童腺样体肥大的CT诊断

     【摘要】 目的 探讨CT诊断腺样体肥大的价值及标准。方法 分析正常者与腺样体肥大者的CT图像,观察测量鼻咽气腔及后壁软组织,计算腺样体指数。结果 腺样体肥大者CT轴位像可见鼻咽气腔变形变窄,后壁软组织左右侧对称性增厚,密度均匀,咽隐窝及咽鼓管咽口多数隐约可见,少数显示不清,咽旁间隙清晰,邻近骨质无破坏,后鼻孔不同程度受阻塞,多与鼻旁窦炎、中耳炎、扁桃体肿大并发,腺样体指数≥0.70。结论 CT诊断腺样体肥大明显优于鼻咽镜检查及鼻咽侧位片测量。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value and standards of computed tomography(CT)in diagnosing adnoid vegetation.Methods Analysing CT imagings of normal and vegetation of adenoid,observing to measure nasopharynx air space and retropharyngeal wall soft tissue and calculating adenoids index value were carried out.Results On the CT transverse imaging of adenoid vegetation,nasopharynx air space was deformed and narrow,retropharyngeal wall soft tissue was thickened symmetricly,the density was even,the major of pharyngeal recess and pharyngeal opening of auditory tube was ambiguous therefore,minority was not pure,parapharyngeal space was clear,the close bones had no breakage,the posterior nostril suffered to jam in the different degree accompanied with sinusitis,middle-ear infection,tonsils swollen.Adenoids index number was ≥0.70.Conclusion CT is much better than both the nasopharyngoscope examination and the lateral X-ray plain film measurement of nasopharyn in diagnosis of adenoid vegetation. ......
