     【摘要】目的探讨严重粉碎性跟骨骨折的治疗方法。方法 45足严重粉碎性跟骨骨折给予一期植骨，解剖型钢板内固定。按Sander分型：其中Ⅲ型36足，Ⅳ型9足。结果骨折全部愈合。随访时间8个月～3.5年，平均16.8个月。按Maryland评分系统进行术后功能评价，其中优14足，良22足，可8足，差1足，优良率80.0%。结论一期植骨，解剖型钢板内固定是治疗严重粉碎性跟骨骨折的有效方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the techniques of severe comminuted calcaneal fracture.Methods Fourtyfive feet of severe comminuted calcaneal fractures were treated by one stage bone grafting,anatomical plate.Results All cases were followup for 8～42 months,all cases recovered with good healing of fracture,according to Maryland Criteria.An excellent outcome was found in 14 feet,good in 22,fair in 8,poor in 1,the excellent and good rate was 77.8%.Conclusion This techniques is effective for the treatment of severe comminuted calcaneal fracture. ......
