【摘要】 目的 了解我市成人结核杆菌感染情况，分析原因，探讨如何更好地降低结核杆菌感染率。方法 在所辖洪泽县和涟水县各抽取1个乡镇，以20～55岁健康村民为研究对象，用5TU剂量的结核菌素纯蛋白衍化物(TB-PPD)常规皮试，72h后查验反应，对结果进行统计分析。结果 查验对象共23503例，其中反应阴性率25.83%，阳性率63.29%,强阳性率10.88%；单因素及多因素统计分析结果均证实：地区(县)、性别、年龄3个变量均有显著的统计学意义。结论 本组受试对象的结核杆菌平均感染率74.17%；男性比女性更容易受到结核杆菌感染；经济是与感染有关的一个因素；“项目县”的实施，特别是线索调查对降低结核杆菌感染率是有明显效果的。
