【摘要】 目的 评价彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断室间隔缺损的准确性，以及为临床提供诊治依据的价值。方法 运用经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断室缺患者60例，并将超声及手术结果进行对照分析。结果 超声定位与手术完全符合的占93.4%，与手术定位有差异的占6.6%，超声对室缺口测值与手术结果对照差异无显著性。结论 彩超对先天性心脏病室间隔缺损的诊断安全、无创，可为临床治疗提供较准确的依据，具有重要价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in ventricular septal defect(VSD).Methods 60 cases of VSD were confirmed by CDFI,and the ultrasonic diagnosis results were compared with the operation result.Results About 93.4% cases of ultrasonic allocation were complete agreement with the operation allocation,and about 6.6% of it were contrast to the operation allocation.There is no obviously contrast of the messurement in the diameter of VSD between ultrasound and operation.Conclusion It is safe,no-invasive to diagnose VSD with CDFI,providing proves for clinical healing and possess very important value in diagnosing VSD. ......
