【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜在不明原因腹水诊断中的应用及价值。方法：分析36例不明原因腹水的腹腔镜检查手术。结果：明确诊断35例，1例未能明确诊断。结论：腹腔镜检查是一种安全、有效、确诊率较高的诊断方法。【关键词】 腹腔镜检查；腹水
Clinical analysis of laparoscopic examination in diagnosis of difficult diagnostic ascetics

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the dignosis value of laparoscopic examnation in ascetics.Methods:The data of 36 cases with ascetics difficult to diagnosis undergoning laparoscopic examnation were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The total definite diagnosis rate was 97.1%,No obvious postoperative complications occurred.Conclusions:laparoscopic examnation is a safe method with hige definite diagnostic rate,which have important values in diagnosis of diffcult diagnostic ascetics.
