Barton骨折治疗中T形钢板的临床应用

     【摘要】目的讨论分析Barton骨折T形钛合金钢板内固定的手术疗效。方法自2000年2月—2004年8月收治Barton骨折32例，其中22例切开复位T形钛合金钢板内固定。结果本组随访时间5~20个月，术后3~4个月，X线显示桡骨远端骨折全部愈合。采用改良Gartland和Wertey (GW)评分系统对腕部进行功能评定，优15例，良4例，总优良率8636%，差3例。结论采用T形钛合金钢板内固定治疗Barton骨折，固定牢固，可达骨折解剖复位，有利于腕关节早期的功能锻炼，最大限度地恢复腕关节功能。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the results of Barton fracture of the distal radius with T plate internal fixation.Methods Twentytwo patients with Bartons fracture of the distal radius were treated with open reduction and T plate internal fixation.Results The followup ranged for 5 to 20 months and for 34 months after operation.The function evaluations were based on the modified Gartland and Wertey (GW) scoring systenm,with excellent in 15 cases and good in 4 cases.The overall excellentsgood rate was 8636%.Conclusion Operative treatment with tianium T plate for Bartons fracture can firmly hold the reduced fracture segments and hence facilitate early postoperative rehabilitation and improve the wrist function. ......
