腹腔镜多功能阑尾悬吊器的研制及临床应用

     【摘要】目的：评价自制多功能阑尾悬吊器在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用价值。方法：对37例不同类型的阑尾炎，运用自制多功能阑尾悬吊器辅助手术治疗，其中辅助三孔法2例，辅助二孔法4例，改良二孔法31例，对其临床疗效进行观察分析。结果：所有病例均顺利完成操作，无并发症，戳孔细小，疤痕隐蔽。结论：多功能阑尾悬吊器具有简易、功能多样、操作方便、戳孔少、损伤轻、美容效果显著等优点。

    【Abstract】Objective:To evaluate the value of selfmade multifunction suspendor in laparoscopic appendectomy.Method：37 cases of appendicitis were performed with selfmade multifunction suspendor,2 cases with assistant threehole,4 cases with assistant twohole,and 31 cases with improved twohole.Result:All cases were performed successfully with small incision and hidden scar,no compilications occurred.Conclusion:With the advantage of easy,handy,small incision,microtrauma,and superior cosmetic result,selfmade multifunction suspendor is worth to popularize. ......
