免夹腹腔镜手术58例报告：介绍一种腔镜下打结法

【摘要】 目的：探讨‘靳氏结’应用在腹腔镜免夹术中的安全可行性。方法：在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)、腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)中应用‘靳氏结’处理胆囊管及其血管和阑尾残根及其系膜。结果：58例中除3例坏疽性阑尾炎因根部坏疽穿孔而中转开腹外，其余36例LA及19例LC均获成功，无出血、胆漏、粪漏、腹腔脓肿等并发症发生。结论：在LC、LA中使用‘靳氏结’免夹术安全实用、牢固可靠，可望取代金属夹或生物夹。【关键词】 靳氏结；免夹法；腹腔镜
58 cases of laparoscopic surgery without mental clips:a kind of knot tied laparoscope

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the safety and feasibility of “JIN’s knot” in laparoscopy without mental clips.Methods:“JIN’s knot”was applied in dealing with duct of gallbladder,blood vessel of gallbladder,mesoappendix and remnant of appendix in laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy.Results:Except that 3 gangrenous appendicitises were performed laparotomy,the other 36 cases were successfully applied “JIN’s knot”to deal with duct of gallbadder,blood vessel of gallbladder,mesoappendix and remnant of appendix.No complications of hemorrhage,bile leaking ,dung leaking and pelvic abscess were found.Conclusions:“JIN’s knot” which may substitute for mental clips or biologic clips is safe,feasibile,firm and secure in laparocopy. ......
