犬严重烧伤早期脑水肿时动脉血气的变化

关键词: 脑水肿;烧伤;血气分析摘 要:目的 探讨严重烧伤早期动脉血气变化与脑水肿形成的关系. 方法 犬52只随机分为对照组(n=6)和致伤组(单烧组、平衡液组和葡萄糖液组,n=46).采用体表燃烧法将致伤组犬制成50%TBSAⅢ度创面,于伤前及伤后6,12,18和24h对各致伤组犬的动脉血气进行动态观察,并与病理组织切片对比分析. 结果 伤后6h致伤组各动脉血气指标开始出现变化,随时间迁延,严重烧伤早期脑水肿模型(葡萄糖液组)动脉血气指标变化逐渐加重,于伤后24h出现明显的低氧血症和酸碱平衡紊乱,脑组织表现为明显的脑水肿病理改变. 结论 严重烧伤早期出现的动脉血气变化对脑水肿的发生发展具有一定的作用.
