【摘要】 目的 探讨在B型超声引导下经皮肝穿刺置管对冲引流治疗肝脓肿的效果。方法 对我科近5年来102例肝脓肿患者采用B型超声引导下经皮肝穿刺置管对冲引流治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 99例肝脓肿患者治愈，2例好转，1例死亡，治愈率达97.1%。结论 采用B型超声引导下经皮肝穿刺置管对冲引流是治疗肝脓肿的有效可行的方法，特别适应肝内大脓腔患者。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the treatment of liver abscess with percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage under B-ultrasound guidance.Methods 102 cases of liver abscess underwent the operation of percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage under B-ultrasound guidance in our department during the past 5 years were analyzed retrospectively.Results 99 out of 102 cases recovered completely,2 improved,while one died,that is,the curative rate was 97.1%.Conclusion The operation is safe and effective for liver abscess,especially for a large one.
